By downloading or using RoomCart, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app. RoomCart is operated by RoomCart (“RoomCart”, “we”, “us”).
RoomCart is an AI room-planning tool. It generates redesign concepts from your room photo and shows matching options from third-party retailers. RoomCart is a planner, not a store — we do not sell furniture, hold inventory, process furniture payments, or ship goods. There is no cart and no checkout; prices, stock, delivery, returns, and exact specifications are confirmed on retailer sites under their own terms.
You need an account (via Sign in with Apple or Google) to use RoomCart. Keep your login secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your region.
You keep ownership of the room photos you upload and the plans you create. You grant RoomCart a limited licence to process your photos solely to provide the service — generating designs and storing your plans. You are responsible for having the right to upload any photo you submit.
RoomCart’s redesigns are AI-generated suggestions for inspiration and may be inaccurate, stylized, or may not reflect real-world items, scale, or availability. Treat them as ideas, not guarantees or professional design advice.
Any dimensions, fit checks, or placement guidance are size guidance for planning, not exact measurement. Always confirm real measurements and product specifications with the retailer before buying. RoomCart does not guarantee that any item will fit your space.
Retailer options are links to third-party retailer searches or pages, offered for convenience. We do not control retailers, their prices, stock, or policies, and we do not endorse them. Your dealings with retailers are solely between you and them.
RoomCart Pro is sold through Apple’s In-App Purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID, and subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID subscription settings. See Subscription & Billing Help.
New accounts include a limited free allowance (for example, one room plan). Credits are consumed only after a successful generation. Free allowances and Pro features may change over time.
Do not misuse RoomCart. No uploading unlawful, infringing, or harmful content; no attempting to breach security, reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service; and no using it to violate others’ rights.
RoomCart, its software, branding, and design are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you rights to our trademarks or code beyond using the app as intended.
We aim to keep RoomCart available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change, pause, or be discontinued.
RoomCart is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that outputs, retailer options, prices, stock, delivery, or availability are accurate or suitable.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RoomCart and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for purchases you make from retailers. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You can stop using RoomCart and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.
We may update the app and these Terms. Material changes to the Terms will be posted here with a new date; continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at RoomCart’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
